The first day of my short two-day one-night tour of the Hà Giang Loop was incredibly foggy. When we pulled up to our first "lookout point," there wasn't much for my friend and I to "lookout" to. It was purely just a white wall of cloud. We laughed, drank some tea with our drivers, saw a dog, and moved on. After Vancouver Island, I had began to appreciate foggy, cold weather, and although it had previously prevented me from seeing whales, it brought a sort of allure and new perspective of my surrounding environment. This stood to hold true when I snapped this picture of a cow when I was rounding a turn up a hill.
