The bridge in Austin is, a bridge in Austin. But, it is also a bridge I spotted while participating in an "immersive audio experience" at SXSW 2024 called Eclipsing. We were asked to listen to an audio of a guided tour around the park near the Long Center in Austin, Texas, but there were a few (a lot of) catches. The artists had planted actors all over the locations we were walking by, and within the group. People we thought were just others enjoying the park were actually actively participating in the storytelling emanating from our phones.
This piece of art was made to make us feel more in tune with the present. Seems like a theme that has come up pretty frequently for me.
